We are being ****ed

I bought a "supposedly" new vehicle 2018 on 20000kms. It is now on 22000kms anf has issues. There is a faulty part which i reported and was instructed to take it to the nearest VW dealership. I had to use my airtime. Wasn't able to go to work and still haven't been to work because of transport. VW, is not giving good service. I'm stuck and very much Frustrated. This is absolute nonsense.
