My compliment is directed at Thabang. This guy has the best customer service skills I have ever come across. He deals with his customers in a respectable way, and makes sure he speaks in a way they will understand every single thing he tells them. Other than that, he is very likeable and makes customers comfortable by cracking jokes and just talking to them as if they were old friend.
