Pathetic Service!

I bought a car on the 19th of June, and the temporary permit expired on the 9th. To date I still haven't received the registration docs and I'm driving around with an expired permit! Funny thing is I started making follow ups since the 6th and both Thabang and Violet kept promising to call back, yet I'm always the one calling because they don't honor their promises. I was recently told a new permit was sent, but the tracking number they gave me doesn't exist! Seems like I will still have to run after them 'til I get the new permit, and eventually the registration docs. There's just nobody willing to take responsibility to sort this issue out. At some point I spoke to a guy called Fanyane who blatantly told me it's not his job, he's just trying to help! Like, who does that?? And apparently this Thabang guy now refers to me as \preggie"! That's just how little their clients mean to them. All they are interested in is making a sale"
