Olgars Sold Me A Written Off Car

Olgar's Auto sold me a car that was written off in an accident and didn't disclose this information. When I bought the pre owned car I was told it's not under warranty and doesn't have a service plan...days after buying it, I contacted KIA to secure warranty and gave them the VIN number and their records revealed that the car was written off hence it wasn't under warranty and service plan. I approached the dealership the first time hoping to solve the matter amicably but they kept denying until I had to go seek legal assistance. Managed to get hold of the previous owner and she confirmed that she was indeed in an accident, forwarded the write off letter she received from her insurance, got the accident report from saps and papers from kia and Liquid Capital that attest to the car having been written off.. but they still denied and could not provide me with any solid proof that my allegations were fault. After months of back and forth they finally settled out of court. Olgars Auto misrepresented and took advantage of me..Had a terrible experience for a first time driver and buyer. Very dissappointing.
