Olgars auto / Epson Motors are not to be trusted

I am sick and tired of empty promises from Olgar's auto they need to be exposed .I bought a car in 2015 and financed by a bank ,well 2019 when I went to renew my licence disc it found out that my car was flagged by the police .I then went to the vehicle clearance department for certification to my surprised the car failed the Test .The police identified that my car was a ****** vehicle .Wow 4 years of paying for the car .Olgars auto have promised me that they will replace the vehicle even today nothing .Mohammed have been dealing with this and its been 3 months now paying for a car I do not have .What frustrate me the most is that they are telling me stories everyday that they are still looking and now they have decided to kept quite .HOW DO YOU even continue with your lives while me and my family are frustrated and loosing money every month .Just imagine if the vehicle was taken on a road block with my family ,we would have been locked out in Jail for a ****** Vehicle.
