I was unfortunate to have been referred to your company by my brother who has bought his car there a few years ago.So I thought i should actually give your company a chance and see if i can get a car.
I've had a serious problem with one of your consultant(Andile) whom i had to keep on calling like im the one looking for business. Is that how sales work nowerdays?
The next thing when i call him AGAIN he gives an attitude telling me my deal has been declined. This happens after close to a week after my application has been lodged and no response from him. Im very disapointed on the tone he spoke to me on.
Im seriously not happy on how you deal clients. Kindly address this with your management and change your ways. Its not good for business.
