No transparency in your deals

I bought a polo vivo tradline in June 2018, it's a 2017 model with 43000 km on the clock. When I visited the dealer the price on the sticker of the car was R192 000. I then returned the next day to conclude the deal and the printed contract says the price of the car is R219 000 excluding the R7000 for additional costs such as car registration and delivery and fuel. I really don't understand what made the price to go up this much.
