Have not received a spare key

Bought a car at olgars auto at nigel april 2015 and its january but i have not received my spare key i went there there many times as they told me i will get the key in less than 3 months but they always tell me to wait for a call and now its january 2016 but still nothing from them i then called them on the 18th of january i was asked that did they promise me the key? I mean was i gona take the car knowing that i wont get a spare key. Thinking that i have been referring people there buy at the end im the one who end up not being satisfied
