False Promises and Full of Lies

I bought a hyundai I30 3 months ago at Olgar's Auto, once I signed all the documents I was then told that the spare keys, service book and manual book are not as yet available but in a week or 2 they will receive them and they will call me to come and collect. Till today I'm still waiting and now my car due for service. I call and called transferred from 1 person to the other, they all passed the back. I have never seen such bad service, I'm now even afraid to refer my friend and family to go buy. I need all 3 ITERMS AS SOON AS POSIBLE.
