car registration not sent/ battery not working

I have been waiting for the car registration for weeks now, i'm driving a car with an expired temporary registration, Nadile has promised to email it last week, this week when I call he is not available, On the other hand, the battery of the car they sold me is not working, Thabang told me to make a quotation I did and sent it, this week he is also not answering my calls, i'm very frustrated because these are 2 matters not one.
