who is delivering a service me or you?
the past Saturday while attending my last contact session at netcare in Auckland park it was the last straw. I so desperately want to become a nurse and have been putting up with the rudeness and bad attitude from the OLG staff because I am not there for them but to improve my future, but I paid them to deliver a service and all I have ever been told is how they will get back to me like on Saturday I stayed till 3pm when I was under the impression I would be in class till 1pm, however this is not the first time that I have been told off by OLG and Netcare. when I first began I was unable to log on to the moodle video lessons and when I Finally got a call from a Miss Busi I was ask me if I didn't listen in the induction, when We had to hand in our assignments our class was told that She has the whole day and nobody is going anywhere till the class is clean! I guess I just want OLG to know that I am telling every body how they treat the people that pay their salary.
