Study material not received after 6 months.

I have up to date not received ANY of my study material. I have paid an additional R250 for it to be posted to me AFTER I kindly requested that it be couriered as the post office is slow. I receive smses staring that Assignments must be couriered or hand delivered to OLG offices because of the post office that is slow but the same can not be done for me. My books have been posted 3 times and still I have not received it. Glenda told me sorry we do not have control over the post office. I must download all my study material of moodle on my excpence after paying for my books. This is terrible service and nobody at OLG seem to care. When will I receive my books I have paid for?
