Incorrect billing and bad customer service

Olg has registered me for the 2018 fees, even tough i registered last year December 2017. The sales person advised me that if I send through the filled in forms and make a payment before the 31 of December, I will be eligible for the 2017 fees.

I paid and sent through all the info on the 27th of December, but when i log into my account, they have registered me for the 2018 fees,

I have all the communication on the email, even my liability forms states the 2017 fees.

I have emailed their customer service ********** countless times, and no one is responding.

WARNING TO THOSE PLANNING TO STUDY WITH THEM, BAD SERVICE THEY OFFERING.
