Not much info at all is conveyed about the process: the make and numberplate of vehicle, drop off times, pick up times, departure and arrival times, the driver's details.The person who answered the phone does not answer in a professional manner and doesn't seem to know what is happening. The drive to Polokwane was long with all the stops and not comfortable. I preferred the car drive back to Joburg, quick and comfortable.
