Unproffessional and revolting service!!!

<p>I have been in touch with Tshepiso from Olebelle about designing a website for my company. THIS WAS SOMETIME IN NOVEMBER 2016. All was ok up until she wanted me to switch domain/ISP. I disagreed as my existing domain is giving excellent service and also there was more than enough space with my domain to still make use of. Tshepiso was not willing to come on board over this and so the final decision after our back and forth communication, I asked for a refund (R1500). She said she will not refund all the money as she had already paid her guys to design the site (demo, etc)...I still argued it's not fair as I did not receive any services at all. Either way, I agreed on the R1000 refund as I need to move on. I should have gotten back my refund end of February 2017 but up until now I am still waiting. I keep sending her messages to remind her about my money back but it's all been fruitless efforts. Yesterday I also forwarded some of my correspondence with Tshepiso to Maile (he must be a business partner). No contact from Maile as well. OLEBELLE, you are really unprofessional & very very inconsiderate. I hope many other people reading this will think twice before contacting your offices for your services...I STILL NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP...</p>
