Pathetic Service

<p><strong>Never in my life have I ever dealt with such incompotent people!!!!</strong></p> <p>We rented a house through Olea in May 2015. Since before we moved in, we were complaining about repairs that had to be done to the house. After moving out 13 months later most of the repairs were still not done. We lived like hobos for months in our own house, with full rent paid every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had to live with a outside tap that was leaking water for 5 months, a toilet that was leaking for 4 months, no warm water in the kitchen for 2 months. Not even talking about not even having taps in our 2nd bathroom bath or receiving a ridiculous water account just because they weren't competent enough to get the leaking tap fixed. Then there is the wrotten kitchen cabinet with sink, that they knew about but didn't warn us or make any efford in getting fixed. This is disgusting to say the least!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that a deposit needs to be paid back, they have all types of stories. Trying to deduct money for doing improvements on something that was that way when we moved into the house. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We, as tenants had to arrange our own Plumber, Electrician and Lock Smit for repairs/assistance that was suppose to be done by Olea and/or the owner. The assistance in getting help was never there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Empty promises was made weekly, but nothing ever came of them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
