Sick & tired of electricity *******...

Tired of buying electricity without knowing how many units I get for the money I pay.

Today my electricity was shut off. Yesterday I had more than R400 on my prepaid meter, today -R3191.12

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE

They are saying the following: Your meter has a negative amount of R-3191. 12. From the bypass which was done from the 24th of November to 25th of January 2023.

We did not bypass any system and want answers they can't provide. They also can't answer my Questions.

Excuse me? How on earth does that happen. We did not do any bypass.

I need the following information ASAP PLEASE 1. Who authorized this bypass?

2. How did you managed to get through 2 financial year ends without picking up this problem?

3. How do you know what amount of electricity or units I used during the "bypass" time as I don't understand how if it was bypassed the machine can still pick up the usage?

They can't send me a report on my power usage,they send me an excel sheet that any person can draw up.

It has been almost 2 years ago, they stated they work on estimates. I was heavy loading during that time and December holidays. We were visiting friends & family over that time.

I need answers ASAP Please
