Complaint

We came to eat at Olde’s. Waited an hour for food. Food came and one of the people at our table didn’t get her chicken. They said it was going to be delayed. When we questioned the manager re this and the food taking so long he said it hadn’t been 45 minutes yet at the time.

He argued with us saying it had at the time only been 35 mins and that he had a kitchen clock. People who came in 20 minutes after us got their food long before us.

The manager also made the comment that grilling our fish would take much longer than frying. So we changed all to frying.

The waiting for food etc can be excused but the manager arguing with us regarding time and his attitude was unacceptable.
