Terrible service & dishonesty by waiters & manager.

Terrible, unfriendly service. Feral cats jumping onto and lying on dining tables while people eat. Notices on the tables that you must check your change, since the owner accepts no responsibility for waiters who give incorrect change. Waiter attempted to ***** R 20 from us by saying they didn't have any change. After calling the "manager", they gave us back R 10, saying it's all they have available.
