Disgusting service

Good day On the 13 April 2023 my family and I visited the Theme Park at Gold Reef city. At lunch time we all went to Oldees Dinner for lunch. It took 20 mins for someone to come to assist us. Only after I called the waitress to place our order. After 25 mins our beverages came to our table. Anyway my tea was cold.. My children and I waited 1hr and 12mins for our food. In actual fact they forgot about our food. My children was very hungry so I went into the restaurant because we were seated outside of the restaurant. I went in and asked to speak to the manager. A small l built gentleman came to me. I told him that I ordered my food so long can you explain why does it take so long. After a while the waitress comes to me to ask us what dud we order. I explain after 10 mins my food and my daughters food arrived. Very cold cold and on my burger the cheese was dry. I think the burger patties are also made there. Which was sooooo salty.. My son had to go back and ask where id his food. I told the waitress tjat that our food is so cold and my burger is salty. She tells another waitess what I said. That lady just looked at me amd walked away. This is so unfair on us being customers we paid a lot for the food we ordered. But having lunch was a total nightmare and very disgusting. We had to take a walk and buy chip and dip so we can no longer be hungry. Something must and have address this issue. My word never to that place for lunch again
