Virgin Money Insurance - Extreme *******s

Was insured with Virgin money insurance for a period off two years and paid my premiums diligantly. My car was ****** in July. I contacted the insurers to claim. Submitted all documentation. The insurer returned all my premiums and cancelled the policy. When i noticed the funds in my account i contacted the insurer and was told that they were declining my claim and returning all my premiums and cancelling the policy. They did not advise me of the outcome of my claim they just did what the felt was right and did not inform me. They say i unduly benefited from special premiums because i said i had previous insurance. On the policy schedule they gave me it states no previous insurance. So how can i benefit from special rates if the policy document states no previous insurance. They now asking me to produce 7 years of insurance history. I managed to provide 5 years. As per FIC law they only allowed to request 5 years but these guys asking for 7. I am unable to give 7 years cause i got divorced during this period and dont have the information. They keep giving unrealistic excuses at the dispute department. What happened to Treating Customers Fairly. Virgin Insurance suck
