VIRGIN INSURANCE NO INSURANCE

I discovered on the 9th of April 2015 that my digital Canon camera was ****** from my car after I had it at a car wash. I spoke to the owner of the garage, I reported the incident with the police and after I received my case number, I contacted the insurance to log a claim. During the registration of the claim, Ms. Chetty had an utterly irritated tone of voice towards me, as well as when she phone me to say that THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE PAID OUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO FORCED ENTRY. I said to her that it is unacceptable and that there would not be any forced entry because the car wash had my keys and busy cleaning my car, I asked to speak to someone in management. She then put Mr. Suleman on the line, who had an attitude of doing me one hell of a favor to speak to me and who do I think I am to question the outcome, he then told me the same as Ms. Chetty. I was so upset, and said to Mr. Suleman \It is unacceptable
