My tablet's screen was broken. I called virgin money insurance and was efficiently helped by Robin. He actually contacted the repairer same time while I was still on the line with him. the tablet was collected within a 24 hours by the repairers. Anytime I had follow up issues with the repairers he would help swiftly. Thank you for your excellent service Robin.<br> <br> However, I must say your service provider doesn't provide the best of service. As I write this I am without the S-pen and hopefully he will have it delivered today.<br> <br> Thank you once again.
