Still waiting on item to be replaced

It has been more than a month tat my house was burgled. So far it was a real pain deling eith you guys. After alot of phone calls, 90% made by myself I have received the cash value for most of my belongings except for my ipad. This has to be replaced by one you suppliers, that I am fine with, however I have been waiting for more than three weeks now. Everytime I phone I grt told that it is waiting to be autohorised so that the order can be send to the supplier.how long does it take to authorise something? I just wonder if it was you that had to go through the inconveniance of losing items through someone elses hands if you would except service like this. I moved my insurance to you guys for your great service -where is the service eveyone is talking about as i am not experiancing it?...
