Seeking new Insurance

My house contents together with my vehicle has been insured with Virgin for a number of years now. I have listed all my items separately that leaves the house on a daily base. I was instructed to forward all receipts etc. for it to be kept on my file. Also i was instructed to complete an inventory list. Three weeks ago when i contacted them in order to specify a new camera they had told me that this will be the first specified item on my contract. I have forwarded the emails with the info that i have send them all along, but they keep on passing the bug....not knowing how information can just disappear from my policy.I have send an email that has just been ignored for 3 weeks now.
