repair delays

hi my name is ricardo I had a accident in April 2015 and had my vehicle assessed by virgin money insurance under telesure who later booked my vehicle to ross champion panel beaters in durban central my vehicle was in there for 2 months just to repair the left hand side and front bumper of my ford focus after constantly worrying ross champion on why the delay eventually was told my car was ready for collection when inspection of my vehicle on the day of collection I found that the front and back left doors on the inside was not sprayed properly and that the rubbers around the doors where the windows seal into was damaged so according to the owner all that problems will be sorted out in a day on delivery of spares so I took my vehicle home that day which was beginning of June 2015 I received a call from their umhlanga branch to bring my car in on Monday 29 June 2015 so I did at 07:30 that morning and asked the guy that received my vehicle how long it will take he said it will be ready by Wednesday as there was only touch ups to be done on thursday 02 July 2015 I found my car was not ready <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
