Rental car not delivered on time, Europcar no

Virgin insurance requested Europcar to drop off a courtesy car for me on Oct 24 at 9am, Europcar dropped off the car an hour and 30 minutes late, then they refused to give me the car bcos my drivers license had expired 2 months back. I however used a rented car from Europcar the following day with the same expired license. Europcar car said Virgin refused to give me the car and virgin said it was Europcar. I still don't have a courtesy car, EVelyn from the repairs dept. @ Virgin Insurance Paid R2000 into my account, 3 days past the promised date and after I had called her dept. many times. The R2000 was for me to rent the car myself for 10 days, I just received a 10days, same class vehicle quote from EUropcar, totaling R6299 inclusive of the deposit is what have to have to hire a car for 10 days, so the option provided by Evelyn is not really an option. I still don't have a car despite the R2000 paid to me.
