premium increase no warning

I am happy with Virgin but however I have but one concern why is it that virgin insurance has a tendency to increase premiums without warning or notification??? I have addressed this before, the first time I called in someone from Virgin insurance went in to my account and increased my policy values without my consent e.g..My laptop was covered for R4500 but they increased it to R5200 (and that would obviously affect my premium) including other items as well and now my premium increased again no warning,no notification not even a letter or updated policy documents??wouldnt it be nice if we were warned to premium increases before they are done?? Because I just see it after it has been done when I look at my bank statement,please please please inform us before updating our policies
