Poor Home Assist service

For the past three days I have been trying to get an electrician through home assist to assist at my house. Since Monday I have been told they are coming, Tuesday was also promised they are coming now its Wednesday and still waiting. If I had car insurance with them and wanted Road assistance my car would have slept in the middle of the road for two days now. I do not even know where they pick up their service provider, a company called Thabo Trading they even lie to Virgin Money and say they came to my house when they didn't and I am sure they are paid now for a callout and labour for work they did not do. <br> Pathetic service from VirginMoney <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
