Poor Customer Service

Poor response and a prolonged repairs to my vehicle. I have waited more than a month ( and i am still waiting )for my car to be repaired by a repairer somewhere in East London without getting any feed back from Virgin Money. I would not recommend them to anyone after being treated so unpleasantly as a client who has been with them for a period over 2 years without a single claim. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
