Not returning our calls

My wife got a new vehicle early Jan, she requested to be called back asap to remove the old one off cover but no one bothered to. We got debited for that old vehicle and now we had to go to the bank and reverse it. can someone in retention call us asap to cancel the policy as we got cover somewhere else and we do not need to continue with Virgin due to bad service... <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
