No premium increase for 24 months and no response.

I took out motor insurance with Virgin Insurance in April 2014.<br> <br> I recall clearly when I took out the policy that I was told that I will not have any annual increase for 24 months. <br> <br> On 27 February 2015 I received an email from Virgin Insurance informing me of my annual increase as of 1 April 2015. What happened with the \No premium increases"as advertised and I was told when I took out the policy?<br> <br> I responded to the email on the same day and I am still awaiting feedback! I contacted Virgin last week Monday 2 March to follow up on my query and spoke to a gentleman who said that he had to escalate my query to the relevant department. I then spoke with him again on the Thursday which was 5 March if I recall correctly and said that he has forwarded my query.<br> <br> Today is 10 March 2015 and I have no patience left for Virgin Insurance! I contacted them this morning"
