Never ever had a good experience with Virgin!

Window glass shuttered by South Easter Wind. Called 17:***80, the person transferred me and someone called Charles (no manners no idea how to answer calls) and told me he can not help me. He is in JHB... and why does that matter?<br> <br> Called another number ***at 18:00 and the lady was helpful but said she will get back to me with time or if anyone is available? now 45 minutes later and no further update and been on hold since 18:40 for almost 15 minutes. .. and you call this customer service?
