Mathemagics

I made a claim on my policy, but the company refuses to pay out and when I pointed out the errors on their quote the call centre agent became very obtuse and does not want to hear my side of the story, They are quoting on page one of their quote, R 210.00 per hour labour costs and then on page two this number magically reduces to R21.00 per hour. No panelbeater worth his salt will work for that.<br> This is ludicrous, I never claimed against my car on this policy but now they wont pay after raising my premium by 11% in the last year.<br> I want someone who can do math to review this quote and get back to me, and soon.
