Insurance premium doubled

We were very happy with our insurance policy with Virgin for our two vehicles a few months back. We have recently moved to Durban where our insurance premium doubled. The more I explain to the customer service team that the area the cars are parked in is safe and secure they still say we live in a high risk zone. We live in Point Waterfront in Durban.The area is secure with cctv cameras and patrolled 24 hours a day by patrol cars. On top of that the building has its own 24hr security guards and the vehicle is parked in a ba*****t that is has electronic access control. Now I think this is pretty good security and that Virgin Insurance seriously need to update there system in terms how it works out its premiums. <br> <br> This article best describes the security in our suburb: [URL Removed]<br> <br> So please don't try and rip the public off Virgin Insurance.
