insurance like it should be... really.

i was unlucky to fall victim to two members of the drunk driving club. the first time, the story was so incredible, that i actually thought.. no one`s going to believe this, it`s too far fetched. i had to explain a story, that involved a drunk driver denying the incident, him speeding off, me begging fellow drivers for assistance, a high speed chase, two saps police vehicles driving past, flagging them down, only for them to never pitch, two police stations, two accident reports. two separate claims, having to spend time and energy between two police stations and some frustration might i add. i can go on and on. the drunk driver eventually smashed into two other vehicles. two weeks after i collected my vehicle at the repairer, another member of the ddc, smashed into me. this time i thought..how are the insurance people going to take this one? another claim in weeks? no way. but the guys and girls at virgin money made me feel as if i am their only customer. they sorted everything. i have to thank rushana, for her patients. thank u lusanda for your calmness. and most of all, thank u carline. for going the extra mile. keep up the good work and professionalism. im a happy customer.
