Insurance approving Pirate Parts

My car was damaged due to stoning on a Cape Town Road, my insurance was brilliant up until I was informed by the repair shop that the insurance has approved for PIRATE PARTS to be used as replacement parts. This is Shocking as the insurance pushes one premiums up every year but they want to decrease the value of you car by putting on Pirate replacement parts. I drive a GTi and I bought the car for its features, but now I was informed that my headlights will be replaced with non adjustable lights and that the windscreen will be replaced by a Glassfit glass which I don't want, I pay my insurance religiously thinking if I had an issue that they will sort out everything, I am now sitting with a two day delay in repair as my car I now just standing at the repair shop as no parts was ordered.<br> <br> I want someone to contact me ASAP today to get this matter resolved as I have taken leave during the repair time that my car would be in but now I'm inconvenienced by this mishap. All I want Is the original Windscreen as well as the original GTI headlights installed. Please contact me. I will really start posting on all social media sites if I get no response.
