Incompetence / claims

A few months ago my husband broke his glasses and when we submitted the claim, we were told that it had to be specified! Last nigh we had a break-in and when we reported items ******, we were told that we have to have proof of purchase! My golden hoop earrings were bought about 4 years ago, I cannot even remember where! The camera was a gift from our children to me! The cell phones they want the boxes! We moved twice since they were bought! They promised to call me back in 2 hours, and never did. When I called them, it took more that an hour AGAIN to answer their stupid questions. This is a money making ****! Always a long story about why you cannot or will not pay. I am looking for new insurance, that is sure!
