I have claim the hail damage on my vehicle.

On the 06/02/2015 have claim a hail damage on my vehicle with my insurer,then they told me to go to the nearest repairer to do quotation of which i did. 17/02/2015 submitted the quotation to one of their consultant (Thuli Mazibuko) but she did not respond to my emails nor call me to inform that she received the quotation.19/02/2015 emailed her to do follow up on the claim still she did not respond.Then i started doing telephonical follow up but every time when i call they say she is busy on the other line and they will tell her to call me back still she did not call.03/03/2015 made another call of which it was attended by another consultant (Kevin Perumal) told him the whole story, then he said to me he will arrange the assesor to come and assess the vehicle on the 05/03/2015. I have waited for the assessor but he did not show up. 09/03/2015 did follow up apparently Kevin was busy with another line they said they tell him to call me but he did not call.10/03/2015 did another follow up yet nothing happened.11/03/2015 another follow up and they said they will call me till dis day no call from them.
