All 4 my tyres and rims were ****** a little over a week ago. Starting what I thought was going to be the painful process of getting everything claimed for and replaced, after reporting my claim, Herbert Baloyi immediately got into contact wth me, explained the process and kept me updated on a daily basis. I have just received a notice that the money has been paid into my account. Herbert you have been fantastic and your service levels are exceptional. I always hear everyone complaining about their insurance and you have made this whole thing so much easier. I will recommend your company everywhere I go!
