I phoned Virgin Money today to change my vehicle insurance from my old vehicle, to my new one. It was an absolute pleasure speaking to Lee Anne who helped me quickly and efficiently. Very friendly, and made sure I understood exactly. She went so far as to contact the dealer directly to get all the details of my new car! Phoned me back immediately, and got everything sorted. From the time I phoned her, to the time I could go fetch my new buy - - 15 minutes. Unbelievable!
