Excellent service

I had a claim with my BMW and needed some documents to be sent to me from Virgin Money.<br> I spoke to 5 consultants on 5 different occasions over 2 days and had no joy and i was very irritated. <br> I finally spoke to a consultant by the name of Nick Heyns who went out of his way to firstly put me at ease that my issue will be resolved and personally got documents sent to me from his personal email by printing them and scanning them to himself and then sending them to me.<br> Thereafter he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process via email and telephonically.<br> He is an assist to Virgin Money and the Telesure group.<br> WELCOME DONE NICK!!!!!!
