Deducting money earlier than agreed on

I noticed that my insurance installment went off earlier than suppose too. I only get paid a certain date and if they are deducting the money earlier I have to pay extra bank costs because of my account going in arrears which is unacceptable. Please stick to the date that was agreed on. This seriously can't happen again.
