damaged and lost good during storage
On the 22 December 2013. I got an accident and my car was towed by the bona fide tower to their yard. When it was written off, I was given the option to repurchase it which I exercised upon. Arriving at the tow yard to collect my car found that the following items were missing in my cars. I reported this items to the yard master who referred to the owner who also requested me to give him the items in writing and he sent them to my insurance virgin money. He then told me that such damages do happen in an accident but I told him it was not the case with by cars. The ombudsman told me that the part were at the tower storage and they would call me to collect them. I told her that she should ensure that the items are mine as they initially denied it. That would according to me encourage a situation where they would s**** one car to replace the other. My car battery was taken, rear logo ****** and wind screen cracked. They gave me an old battery, and new logo but they really don't want to give my wind screen back. The camera footage of the day and those I have taken while in storage indicated that the wind screen was not affected in anyway. I now demand new battery and new wind screen

(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)
