claim not finalised in almost a month

I had a accident with my vechile, reported my claim on the 23rd of Feb 2015, almost a month now that my vechile is just standing and the claim isn't even finalised, everytime i phone i hear different stories and being promised that they will phone me back, but i most phone everytime to only hear that there is still no progress made.
