Claim declined

I have comprehensive car insurance as from 2010 and value added services for scratch and dents(limit of R3000). I asked if my starch and dent damage is more than the limit, if may I pay the different and was told that is acceptable. I log a claim VIR302448, sent quotation and photos on 12/06/2015. Two weeks later when following up. I was told that my claim was declined because it more than limit. I decided to cancel the insurance. What I do not like every time, they tell that they work under supervision and their calls are recorded and available on request. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
