Best service ever

I received a call from this lady following up on the dissatisfied service I got from her colleague and I must say, I was not really expecting a good service, maybe if it was 2 years ago, YES but recently, big NO but this lady changed that experience for me. She apologised and offered to personally handle my problem, she communicated throughout, used simplified language, I felt her empathy and personal touch on all calls and emails. I just wish she was the one handling all of our queries as she is efficient and cares. You are the best DK!
