Bad Service. That's what I pay for.
I was in an accident in my polo vivo on the 10th of May 2015. I reported the accident on the 11th of May. I was told to go to an evaluation centre in the Durban CBD on Monday morning at 09:00 was my appointment. The representative there, told me to leave the car as he found it was not in a condition to be driven. I informed my insurance about this. I was then advised to pick up a rental car from Bidvest at the King Shaka airport the following Monday. I was given 2 weeks to use the car, and everytime after after that, I had to call and ask if I should still use the car. Nobody bothered to contact me. The car was extended a further seven days, and then I had to call again. Towards the end of the 30 day rental period, my claim was finalised. A week after the finalisation I called the repair centre to find out if the car was ready. They told me they didn't know where my car was. They said, they tried to contact me to find out. Please note that the evaluation centre is in the same building as the repair centre. So, my car was basically standing there from day 1. Finally, my rental was extended for another 10 days (totalling 40 days), due to the delay. Today I am paying for my rental.
