Awesome Service

I went to Dmac to report an accident. i was assisted by Josephine. I did not have to wait, she contacted my Insurance company. They helped me in no time , and this was done in a very proffesional manner. Dmac assessors confirmed to me that they were full on this day ,but they went all their way and accomodated me to check on the car. In less than 20 minutes the car was assessed and this shows how a company can help beyond the call of duty. I wish this could extend to other companies as well. Mention must be made to Glen (assessor) ,Josephine (i met her first time to take me through the process) , and Busi Shezi (Virgin Mobile Insurance consultant.
