My Dads car got ****** while he was in ICU, my brother used the car lots of times. The day my dads car was ****** while my brother took his wife to the hospital, two days later my dad passed away. How virgin insurance said they won't pay out because my brother used the car often, what a load of *****ns. If something happen to the car and you are not the regular driver then there is an excess of R5000, but now they say they won't pay as my brother was like the regular driver. I get really upset because insurance is a **** they always look for a mistake or any reason not to pay, but alway give plenty of reasons as to why you should have insurance. I am disgussed with virgin, I myself have been client of Virgin for years.
